WE AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE

It’s hard to know what to say or do at the moment. Sites are closing down, people are losing jobs and work is coming to a halt so we know the last thing on your mind right now is a new pair of work trousers. 

But for some of you, the show must go on. You will pull your sleeves up, grit yourteeth and graft through it. We’ll be sticking around if you need us.

For almost 20 years Scruffs have been the go-to brand for all things workwear and safety footwear and we aren’t about to stop now. We want to make sure you can still get proper work gear at a decent price, so we have made a few changes to our delivery policy below:

We have removed all delivery charges and extended returns up-to 90 days.

Our courier will also do contact-free delivery. 

Returns policy update

If you purchased from one of our resellers

Don’t worry, if you need to return an item, we advise that you check with the place you bought it. The likelihood is that they will not be processing refunds at this time.

Therefore please hold onto your items until the store reopens and normal trading resumes. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Changed your mind? We have increased the return period on anything you buy with us online from 14 days to 90 days, except in the case of sale items. We hope this reassures you during this difficult time.

You can return online purchases by post. Items must be returned with the original receipt, unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging.

Where is the closest dealer in my area?

The Dealer Locator is located in the top left section of this website or call 0115 780 2377 to speak to an operator who will find your nearest dealer.

Where can I get my footwear repaired?

Some problems such as stitching and other minor problems can be repaired. Scruffs does not have its own repair centres but we recommend that you contact the dealer who you purchased the footwear from and ask them to recommend a repair shop in your local area.

Are the soles on Scruffs safety footwear slip resistant?

Yes. All Scruffs safety footwear has a slip resistant sole.

Is the colour represented on the screen exact?

Colours on the website are a representation of the actual colour and may not be exact, but they are a very close match. Leather is a natural product so there will be slight variations between boots, but every pair is colour matched.

What are your delivery methods and charges?

All orders are despatched on a standard carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 7-10 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 5pm Friday and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on Bank Holidays and will not process orders until the following business day.

What types of payment method do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, cheques or postal orders.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return your unworn product within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange for the goods to be collected. However, the collection charge will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original delivery charge.

What’s the procedure for handling defective goods?

If your goods are defective when you receive them we will arrange for the goods to be collected and either exchanged for a replacement or a refund will be given. The products packaging must be suitable for resale and free from damage, writing, tape, labels etc. Failure to return items and its packaging in a resalable condition will affect your refund. To prevent this from occurring please over pack your item to ensure that the packaging is protected.

Can I return merchandise not purchased at this site?

No. If you wish to return Scruffs footwear or workwear purchased from a retailer, please return it to them directly. Their terms and conditions will apply.

Are my payment details secure?

Scruffs.com uses the Sage Pay ePDQ system to process your online payments. Sage Pay utilises the same high standard as Internet banking to process card transactions from the website. Payment details are captured within the secure ePDQ infrastructure and therefore you have complete confidence that your details are secure. ePDQ takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on its secure servers and always ensures that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Do you accept orders outside of the United Kingdom?

No. At this time, we only despatch orders within the UK.
