Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK visitors at participating branches aged 18 or over, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and anyone else associated with the company. Proof of age will be required if deemed necessary.
2. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
3. Participants will have the chance of winning one pair of tickets to see England v France at Wembley on 17 November 2015 (there are two pairs of tickets available to be won).
4. The competition runs from 27 August 2015 until 8th October 2015 (Inclusive)
5. Customers can enter the competition by going into a Travis Perkins branch and purchasing any item of Scruffs clothing between the entry and closing dates. The customer will be given a receipt which will have an invoice number. Customers can then log onto www.scruffs.com/tptickets and enter the competition entry number where prompted.
6. The Promoter reserves to right to ask for proof of purchase.
7. The winners will be selected randomly from all entries and contacted on 9th October 2015
8. The Promoter will contact the winners by telephone and/or email on 9th October 2015
9. The prize does not include any incidental expenses of the winners e.g travel costs, accommodation etc.
10. In the event that either or both winners cannot be contacted for any reason by 16 October 2015, the promoter reserves the right to randomly select further winners. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability to contact a winner.
11. All Taxes incurred as a result of the prize offered in this promotion are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
12. The tickets will be sent by recorded delivery to the winners.
13. The date of the football match is Tuesday 17th November. This is non-negotiable. No cash or other alternatives are available.
14. The terms and conditions as stated are final and non-negotiable.
15. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
17. The winner will be required to participate in any reasonable related publicity resulting in this promotion without further recompense.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The prize is non transferrable to a third party not entered in this promotion.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any amendment or change in the terms of the promotion will be found on the website at www.scruffs.co.uk
20. Travis Perkins will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
21. Any amendments to these terms and conditions occurring after the close of the competition will be notified to the winners in writing.
22. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence and so far as is permitted by law the Promoter and its associate companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement or cancellation of the promotion.
23. The Promoter agrees that it will, in relation to any personal data processed in connection with this promotion, comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and process such data only insofar as is necessary for the purpose of performing its obligations and in accordance with the Travis Perkins privacy policy, available at www.travisperkins.co.uk.
24. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
25. This promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and both entrant and Promoter irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
26. By entering this competition, if contestants win, their details (name and town) may be disclosed to anyone requesting details of the prize winner.
27. You can obtain the name of the winner by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Birchwood Price Tools, Birch Park, Park Lodge Road, Giltbrook, Nottingham, NG16 2AR .
28. By entering, contestants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of the promoter will be final and binding on all entrants.
