Terms and Conditions
Entry to the Scruffs Fantasy Football Competition is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
By participating in the competition, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter (Birchwood Price Tools), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Scruffs Euro 2016 competition.
Entries for the Scruffs Fantasy Football Competition can be submitted from 10 June 2016 to 10 July 2016 (inclusive). The competition begins on 13th August 2016 and runs until 18.00 GMT on 21st May 2017.

Entries will be accepted via the fantasy.premierleague.com.
Only persons who are resident in the UK and aged 18 or over are eligible to enter this competition. Entries are limited to one team per person. Employees of the Promoter, any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent, subsidiary and/or affiliate companies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each employee are eligible to enter, but are not entitled to win competition prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.
Any entry from a person under the age of 18 or which appear to feature persons under the age of 18 will be removed and disqualified. The Promoter’s decision is final.
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed participants with the highest points tally will be designated as the winners of the Scruffs Fantasy Football Competition at the end of the tournament. Monthly prizes will be given over the course of the season to the entrant with the highest points tally in the calender month. The winners will be visible for all entrants to see. Winners will be announced on 21st May 2017. The Promoter’s decision is final.
Three prizes will be awarded:
1st Prize: £500 cash + £250 Scruffs.com online vouchers
2nd Prize: £250 Scruffs.com online voucers
3rd Prize :£100 Scruffs.com online vouchers
Monthly prizes will also be awarded
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable and no cash alternative will be given to the voucher element. Prizes will only be delivered to a UK postal address.
Winners announced on 21st May 2017 will be asked to contact BPT by email, providing visual proof of their team via a screen shot.
Cash prizes will be issued to the winners as a cheque, and voucher codes will be issued via email - both once proof of entry has been confirmed to BPT on email.
Winners have until 1st June 2017 to make their claim. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to Scruffs’ designated charity - the Nottingham Hospitals Charity.
The Promoter reserves the rights in its absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the person with the next highest points total if unable to contact the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition if circumstances arise which are beyond its control.
Winning entrants may be invited to take part in publicity.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Information collected from entrants will only be used for the purposes of entry into the competition and will not be disclosed to a third party, other than as is absolutely necessary to fulfil the prize offered under this competition, without the individual’s prior consent.
