What are your delivery
methods and charges?
All orders are despatched on a standard carrier
service and should be delivered to your door in
2-3 working days of placing your order.
Please note that orders placed between 5pm Friday
and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday
morning. Our warehouses are closed on the following
holidays and will not process orders until the
following business day:

What types of payment
method do you accept?
We currently accept the following credit/debit
cards:
Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash,
cheques or postal orders.
Can I change or cancel
my order?
If you realise that you made a mistake after placing
your order, you may return it UNWORN for an exchange
or refund within 14 days from time of purchase
in accordance with our returns
policy.
What is your return
policy?
If you would like to return your UNWORN product
within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange for
the goods to be collected. However, the collection
charge will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately,
we cannot refund your original delivery charge.
Defective Goods
If your goods are defective when you receive them
Scruffs will arrange for the goods to be collected
and either exchanged for a replacement or a refund
will be given.
Can I return merchandise
not purchased at this site?
No. If you wish to return Scruffs footwear or
workwear purchased from a retailer, please return
it directly to them. Their terms and conditions
will apply.
Where can I get my footwear
repaired?
Some problems such as stitching and other minor
problems can be repaired. Scruffs does not have
its own repair centres but we recommend that you
contact the dealer who you purchased the footwear
from and ask them to recommend a repair shop in
your local area.
Are half sizes available?
Scruffs safety footwear does not come in half
sizes as the demand is minimal. However, using
an inner sole may help to improve the fit of some
footwear that is slightly too large for you.
Can I get a single replacement
boot?
Scruffs only sell footwear in pairs.
Are Scruffs safety boots
waterproof?
No. All Scruffs safety footwear and workwear is
water repellent but not waterproof.
Are the soles on Scruffs
safety footwear slip resistant?
Yes. All Scruffs safety footwear has a slip resistant
sole.
What happens if the
clothes I ordered don't fit?
If your clothes donÍt fit you can return them
within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy
to exchange or refund them. We will arrange for
the goods to be collected, however the collection
charge will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately,
we cannot refund your original delivery charge.
Is the colour on the
screen exact?
Colours on the web site are a representation of
the actual colour and may not be exact, but they
are a very close match. Leather is a natural product
so there will be slight variations between boots,
but every pair is colour matched.
Are my payment details
secure?
Scruffs.com uses ePDQ to process your online payments.
ePDQ utilises the same high standard as Internet
banking, to process card transactions from the
website. Payment details are captured within the
secure ePDQ infrastructure and therefore you have
confidence that your details are secure.
ePDQ takes responsibility for capturing and storing
card details on its secure servers and always
ensures that this information is held with the
very high levels of security you would expect
from a major financial services company.

outside of the United Kingdom?
No. At this time, we only despatch orders within
