In April James Fryer set out to walk 'the long way down' from John O'Groats to Lands End to raise money for 3 worthy charities:

• Breast Cancer Care
• Spinal Charities and the
• Treetops Hospice

Having left John O'Groats on 17^th April the walk took 2 months for James to complete. He managed to average 16 miles each day and was driven on by his goal to raise at least £15,000 for good causes.
